Alison Watkins is Executive Chairman of Mrs Crocket’s Kitchen — an Australian owned and operated fresh chilled foods manufacturing and distribution company. A former CEO of Berri Limited, Alison has held several senior roles at ANZ Banking Group Limited. During her employment with ANZ, she also served as the bank’s representative director of E-trade, a listed company.
Alison spent ten years at McKinsey & Company from 1989 to 1999 and became a partner of the firm in 1996. At McKinsey she gained wide experience working in financial services, fast moving consumer goods, retail, professional service and industrial and public sector organisations. Her work covered strategy, organisation and performance improvement.
Alison has been a director of the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra since 2001, and since February 2004 has served as a non-executive director of Just Group – a major Australian specialty retailer with brands such as Just Jeans, Portmans and Jacqui E. Alison is also a member of the National Food Industry Strategy Board – focusing on leadership and strategic direction for the Australian food industry.
Alison holds a Bachelor of Commerce (University of Tasmania), is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and an Associate of the Securities Institute of Australia.
